(OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NPHC\">NPHC<\/a>) had been sitting quietly in single penny illiquidity until it was hit by a QualityStocks paid pump. <\/p>\n<p>One look at the company&#8217;s financials reveals why it was forced to pay for its own promotions in order to get the investors&#8217; attention. Put quite simply, it doesn&#8217;t seem like <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NPHC\">NPHC<\/a> <\/strong>has anything else going for it.<\/p>\n<p>Its most recent financial report, covering Q3 2015, looked like this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash &#8211; $4282<\/li>\n<li>Total current assets &#8211; $547 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current liabilities &ndash; $5.2 MILLION<\/li>\n<li>Net sales &#8211; $53 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Net loss &#8211; $4 MILLION<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And if you think those numbers look grim, you should definitely check the company&#8217;s dilution history. Suffice it to say that things had gone really out of hand, and as a result of rampant issuance, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NPHC\">NPHC<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>had 1.5 BILLION shares of commons tock issued and outstanding, before it&nbsp;performed its&nbsp;1 for 40 reverse split in April 2015. The split brought that number to a more manageable 38 million. However, as of November 20, 2015 there were 76 million shares of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NPHC\">NPHC<\/a> <\/strong>common stock issued and outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>And to make matters worse, all of that stock has come into existence as a result of conversions of debt, some of which has been done at sizable discounts.
