But how long can that last? <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s really hard to give a precise answer to that question, but let&#8217;s just say that the prospects look bad. Really, really bad. The fact that the promotional outfit InvestorsAlley is being compensated with $10 thousand per week, up to a total of a whooping $200 thousand, in order to pump <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>speaks loudly and clearly enough in and of itself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Further due diligence on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>only confirms any suspicions investors may have had about the company&#8217;s dubious nature. Its financials&nbsp;look nothing short of mediocre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash and cash equivalents &#8211; $1.5 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Current assets &#8211; $63 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Current liabilities &#8211; $1.1 million<\/li>\n<li>Revenue &#8211; $123 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Net loss &#8211; $40 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And if you think that that was bad enough, just wait until you take a look at the company&#8217;s dilution history:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of January 15, 2015 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>had 206,5 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>MILLION<\/strong> <\/span>shares of common stock outstanding<\/li>\n<li>As of May 31, 2015, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a><\/strong> had 276 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>THOUSAND<\/strong><\/span> shares of common stock issued and outstanding.<\/li>\n<li>As of September 15, 2015, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>had 33.5 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>MILLION<\/strong> <\/span>shares of common stock outstanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toxic funding has done horrendous tings to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>investor value in the past. The company&#8217;s 225 million shares authorized are not really a prohibitive cap and that, too, should be taken into consideration. Because at this point the skull and crossbones warning sign stamped on the company&#8217;s OTC Markets profile seems well earned.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/91\/91460\/fsdfas.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/>When all is said and done, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PGSY\">PGSY<\/a> <\/strong>looks like it could go bad at any time.
