Evidently investors are still hyped up about the optimistic statements made in the two interviews that the company gave last week &ndash; enough so to push <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a> <\/strong>all the way to the $0.9 mark. Is <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a> <\/strong>really as exciting an investment as it makes itself out to be?<\/p>\n<p>Sure, the company talks big, but at the end of the day, all its financial reports can show are some rather meager numbers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash and cash equivalents &#8211; $121 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current assets &#8211; $202 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current liabilities &#8211; $3.1 million<\/li>\n<li>No Revenues<\/li>\n<li>Net loss &#8211; $1.5 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As we can clearly see, the company appeared to be rather short on coin at the end of the reported period &ndash; which is why, in July, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a> <\/strong>closed a private placement and sold around 3.6 million investment units. Said units cost $0.70 each, and consist of one common shares and two warrants. Half of the aforementioned warrants are exercisable at $0.80 while the rest &ndash; at $0.70.<\/p>\n<p>Investors are advised to think very carefully on what that means under the present market conditions. Currently, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a> <\/strong>has 150 MILLION shares authorized and had only 37 million issued outstanding as of a month ago &ndash; so there is plenty of room for dilution.<\/p>\n<p>Long story short, there is no way to be sure at what point the warrant holders will jump at this opportunity to cash in on what they are due, but if that happens while <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a> <\/strong>is still surging on media hype they&#8217;d be in a position to get their hands on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=GNSZ\">GNSZ<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;stock at very profitable rates.
