The filing contains some details about the financial situation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a>, but the information that investors really need will be in the Super 8-K, which still hasn&#8217;t been filed. <\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Yesterday <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a> added another 14.43% and closed at $0.452 per share on 9.2 million shares. There is absolutely nothing in the 10-Q to justify a $213 million valuation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a>, but inflated prices are a key feature of pump jobs.<\/p>\n<p>As of December 31, 2012 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$50 thousand in cash<\/li>\n<li>$242 thousand in prepaid expenses<\/li>\n<li>$474 thousand in total current liabilities<\/li>\n<li>$nil in revenues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) is doing its job, sending a torrent of tout emails. One of the latest starts off with &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a> just closed at another 52-week high today.&#8221; A rather ridiculous statement, seeing how <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SWVI\">SWVI<\/a> has a trading history of 15 sessions.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hotstocked.com\/articles-img\/small\/9FARE_chart.png\" border=\"0\" alt=\"9FARE_chart.png\" title=\"9FARE_chart.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"179\" \/>Meanwhile, less than two months after its APS pump, World Moto, Inc. (OTC:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=FARE\">FARE<\/a>) is trading around $0.08 per share, down about 75% from the pump high.
