Why? <\/p>\n<p>Because, as we&#8217;ve discussed on occasion before, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> <\/strong>does not appear to have anything substantial to offer in terms of investor value.<\/p>\n<p>True, the company does manage to make explosive jumps on occasion, but those are over as soon as the hype dissipates. After its volatility is spent, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> <\/strong>continues back on its way down.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a good reason for its descent &ndash; and it&#8217;s a simple one. The company has nothing to keep it afloat. It&#8217;s as simple as that.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a>&#8216;s <\/strong>financials look simply atrocious:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash &#8211; $168 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Current Assets &#8211; $308 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Current Liabilities &#8211; $2.1 million<\/li>\n<li>NO REVENUES<\/li>\n<li>Net Loss &#8211; $454 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And to top it off, the company&#8217;s share structure looks even more grim:<\/p>\n<p>as of November 19, 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> had 91 shares of common stock<br \/>as of February 16, 2015 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> had 192 million shares of common stock<br \/>as of May 15, 2015. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> had 335 million shares of common stock<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90786\/fsadf.gif\" border=\"0\" width=\"150\" height=\"84\" \/>Long term <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=PPCH\">PPCH<\/a> <\/strong>investors and opportunistic traders alike should be wary at all times, because there&#8217;s still a ton of convertible debt that could be turned into shares and dumped on the market at any moment.
