{"id":6042,"date":"2015-06-24T09:11:57","date_gmt":"2015-06-24T09:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=6042"},"modified":"2015-06-24T09:39:23","modified_gmt":"2015-06-24T09:39:23","slug":"one-world-holdings-inc-otcmktsowoo-spikes-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/articles\/one-world-holdings-inc-otcmktsowoo-spikes-again\/","title":{"rendered":"One World Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:OWOO) Spikes Again"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90507\/fasdfsa.png\" border=\"0\" width=\"429\" height=\"191\" \/>One World Holdings Inc (OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a>) managed to add another 23.82% to its market value yesterday, as it announced the final date of its investor conference call. <\/p>\n<p>Evidently, said call will be conducted on July 1 at 11:30 AM eastern time, but unfortunately investors will only be able to listen to it and not actively participate.<\/p>\n<p>Still, the announcement was obviously enough to rekindle interest in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> stock, and by the time the final bell arrested its ascent, it had climbed as high as $0.0079.<\/p>\n<p>Which is no mean feat, if you consider the fact that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> seems to have almost nothing going for it. Its financials certainly show nothing that could warrant this jump:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cash &#8211; $8 thousand<\/li>\n<li>current assets &#8211; $322 thousand<\/li>\n<li>current liabilities &#8211; $17 MILLION<\/li>\n<li>revenue &#8211; $739 NUMBER NOT IN THOUSANDS<\/li>\n<li>operating loss &#8211; $498 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further, as far as due diligence can determine, the company&#8217;s share structure is in an even worse state than its financial standing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of Nov. 18, 2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> had 823 MILLION shares of common stock<\/li>\n<li>On Jan. 13, 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> performed a 1 for 750 reverse split<\/li>\n<li>As of May 15, 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> had just 26 million shares of common stock<\/li>\n<li>As of May 19, 2015 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> had 276 MILLION shares of common stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And what&#8217;s even worse is that the dilution just seems to rain down without an end in sight. Just April 2015 saw <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a> <\/strong>issue another $100 THOUSAND worth of convertible notes, with discounts of up to 50% or fixed conversion rates of $0.001 per share.<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming conference call should shed some much needed light on the matter, but what reassurance can be given in the face of so much damning evidence?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90507\/sdfafsddfssadf.png\" border=\"0\" \/>A word of advice is probably in order here &ndash; investors should be very wary of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=OWOO\">OWOO<\/a>.
