After all, once investors saw its latest report, there was nothing to hype about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash &amp; current assets ~ $23 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total assets &#8211; $31 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current liabilities &#8211; $771 thousand<\/li>\n<li>NO REVENUES<\/li>\n<li>Net Loss &#8211; $3 MILLION<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And if these numbers weren&#8217;t sad enough, here&#8217;s a quick recap of the company&#8217;s recent share structure change history:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of Sept. 2014, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TPAC\">TPAC<\/a> had 166 million shares outstanding<\/li>\n<li>As of Mar. 4, 2015 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TPAC\">TPAC<\/a> had 500 million shares outstanding<\/li>\n<li>As of June 15, 2015 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TPAC\">TPAC<\/a> had 3.7 BILLION shares outstanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The last number is so ridiculous it borders on the unbelievable.
