{"id":5673,"date":"2015-05-19T15:15:37","date_gmt":"2015-05-19T15:15:37","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=5673"},"modified":"2015-05-19T15:40:09","modified_gmt":"2015-05-19T15:40:09","slug":"boreal-water-collect-otcmktsbrwc-is-going-down-hard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/articles\/boreal-water-collect-otcmktsbrwc-is-going-down-hard\/","title":{"rendered":"Boreal Water Collect (OTCMKTS:BRWC) Is Going Down Hard"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90140\/fasdfasf.png\" border=\"0\" width=\"420\" height=\"187\" \/>Boreal Water Collect (OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=BRWC\">BRWC<\/a>) managed to fully double its market value last Thursday, after announcing that it is looking for strategic partnerships to increase investor value. <\/p>\n<p>Evidently investors were impressed with the list of &ldquo;<em>current and past customers<\/em>&rdquo; &#8211; and indeed, it is an admirably long one.<\/p>\n<p>However, it was clear from the get-go that the gains made possible thanks to the announcements were not to be retained &ndash; simply because the numbers in <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=BRWC\">BRWC<\/a>&#8216;s <\/strong>latest financial report in no way supported said growth:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash &#8211; $125 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current assets &#8211; $542 thousand<\/li>\n<li>Total current liabilities &#8211; $2.3 million<\/li>\n<li>Sales &#8211; $531 million<\/li>\n<li>Net loss &#8211; $301 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Said numbers paint a grim picture indeed &ndash; especially the &ldquo;<em>Depreciation and amortization<\/em>&rdquo; losses that total a staggering $98 thousand, and the &#8220;<em>Stock based compensations&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;that have cost the company $42 thousand.<\/p>\n<p>However, that&#8217;s not the worst part of the report &ndash; not by a long shot:<\/p>\n<p>As of November 3, 2014, there were 343,715,490 shares of the Registrant&#8217;s Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share outstanding. <br \/>As of May 6, 2015, there were 2,021,625,349 shares of the Registrant&#8217;s Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>Suffice it to say that the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=BRWC\">BRWC<\/a><\/strong>, who seems to be so preoccupied with investor value now has heaped nearly 500% worth of toxic dilution on its investors between Nov. 3, 2014 and May 6, 2015. And the fact that on March 27, 2015, the company&#8217;s authorized common share count was upped all the way to 5 billion should be enough of a signal to investors that more dilution may be coming their way.<\/p>\n<p>Further, it also bears noting that <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=BRWC\">BRWC<\/a> <\/strong>has a history of paid pumps, the timing of some of which coincide suspiciously with a lot of shares hitting the market.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90140\/fsadfsadfa.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"174\" height=\"66\" \/>Under normal circumstances, any one of these horrifying facts is enough to topple a ticker form its perch.
