Judging only by its financials, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NGCG\">NGCG<\/a> is not in in such a bad shape:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cash &#8211; $95 thousand<\/li>\n<li>total assets &#8211; $512 thousand<\/li>\n<li>total liabilities &#8211; $205 thousand<\/li>\n<li>annual sales &#8211; $913 thousand<\/li>\n<li>annual net income &#8211; $153 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although these numbers are modest, they are by no means the worst the OTC Markets has seen. No, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NGCG\">NGCG<\/a>&#8216;s <\/strong>biggest problem lies in its history of rampant dilution.<\/p>\n<p>A brief recap of that goes as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oct. 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NGCG\">NGCG<\/a> performs a 1 for 1,000 reverse split and has just 1.6 million shares outstanding to its name<\/li>\n<li>Dec. 31, 2014 outstanding share count reaches 56 MILLION<\/li>\n<li>Feb. 4, 2015 the company has 484 MILLION shares outstanding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These figures more or less speak for themselves. Add the fact that the company also has a history of paid pumps by none other than the notorious StockMister and the picture becomes even more grim.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/90\/90025\/fasfsafsa.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"214\" height=\"59\" \/>This is why it wouldn&#8217;t really be surprising to see the ticker continue its ride further down the charts, in spite of the rather optimistic PR the company just slapped on the top of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NGCG\">NGCG<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;newsfeed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Generation Consumer Group Inc.
