Investors went into a frenzy yesterday, as Freeze Tag, Inc. (OTCMKTS:FRZT<\/a>) announced that it will be making games for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL<\/a>)’s AppleWatch.<\/p>\n

The OTC Markets has shown, time and time again, that any possible connection to AAPL<\/a><\/strong> and their products, whether real or perceived, can do wonders for even the most dubious pinksheets ticker.<\/p>\n

Case in point – FRZT<\/a><\/strong>, who fancies itself “a leading creator of mobile social games<\/em>”, in spite of not having even one commercially successful product. Just the vague announcement that the company may have something to do with the NASDAQ titan created enough hype to triple FRZT<\/a> <\/strong>share prices over the span of one session. <\/p>\n

This happened in spite of the fact that FRZT<\/a> <\/strong>is to be making “games and entertainment apps designed specifically for the new Apple Watch<\/em>” – one of AAPL<\/a>‘s <\/strong>most controversial and possibly least successful product to date.<\/p>\n

That fact in and of itself should have been a clear enough warning that something is amiss in the situation.<\/p>\n

Further investigation reveals that its odd choice for a platform for its future games is by far not the only thing that is wrong with FZRT<\/strong>. Its 10-K for the period ended Dec. 31, 2014 looks like this:<\/p>\n
