{"id":5489,"date":"2015-04-30T14:15:52","date_gmt":"2015-04-30T14:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=5489"},"modified":"2015-04-30T14:34:27","modified_gmt":"2015-04-30T14:34:27","slug":"landstar-development-group-inc-otcmktslsdcs-pump-turns-even-uglier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/articles\/landstar-development-group-inc-otcmktslsdcs-pump-turns-even-uglier\/","title":{"rendered":"Landstar Development Group Inc (OTCMKTS:LSDC)&#8217;s Pump Turns Even Uglier"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"\/\/s.hotstocked.com\/hotstocked.com\/repository\/articles\/89\/89949\/sc.png\" border=\"0\" width=\"431\" height=\"192\" \/>Landstar Development Group Inc (OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=LSDC\">LSDC<\/a>) lost another 23.29% of its market value in yesterday&#8217;s spectacular crash, in spite of the latest round of touts hitting the web just before the trading session&#8217;s opening bell. <\/p>\n<p>One would be hard pressed to say that <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=LSDC\">LSDC<\/a> <\/strong>is going anywhere with financials such as the ones it declared at the end of the period ended Nov 30, 2014:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cash and current assets &#8211; $632 (NUMBER NOT IN THOUSANDS)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Current liabilities &#8211; $504,767<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>NO REVENUES WHATSOEVER<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Quarterly net loss &#8211; $2,856<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In light of the insignificance of these numbers, unsurprisingly, pump pressure has been the only thing pushing the ticker up and down the charts for a long while now. And <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=LSDC\">LSDC<\/a> <\/strong>has seen quite a lot of pumper attention in the last two months.<\/p>\n<p>A quick check reveals that at least 73 promotional e-mails touting the company have hit the web since the late February of 2015. Most of them were clearly paid pumps, although truth be told &ndash; not very successful ones. But who can really blame the pumpers for failing, when the compensation they were given was so meager?<\/p>\n<p>And now the ticker seems to have lost its pump-driven momentum and is falling down hard &ndash; which is also unsurprising.
