(OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=VPLM\">VPLM<\/a>) managed to continue its rise in yesterday&#8217;s session, adding another 7.14% to its market value on momentum it had gathered at the end of last week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=VPLM\">VPLM<\/a> <\/strong>presents an interesting case for investors and stock commenters alike. On one hand, the company shows obvious signs of potential &ndash; <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=VPLM\">VPLM<\/a>&#8216;s <\/strong>multiple patents in its chosen field of business and the potential for securing even more certainly work to the stock&#8217;s benefit. On the other hand, its financials don&#8217;t really impress: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cash and current assets &#8211; $114 thousand<\/li>\n<li>total liabilities &#8211; $33 thousand<\/li>\n<li>ZERO revenue<\/li>\n<li>net loss &#8211; $141 thousand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While these figures are not, strictly speaking, horrible for an OTC Pink penny stock, they are certainly nothing to write home about either. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=VPLM\">VPLM<\/a><\/strong> has gone to great lengths to make sure it was operating on a clean slate &ndash; recently, it got rid of $1 million worth of debt that was cluttering its financials. However, to do so the company had to issue millions of shares at discount rates ranging from  47% to 85% and increase its authorized shares from 900 million to 990 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hotstocked.com\/articles-img\/small\/vp.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"130\" height=\"65\" \/>Although it may have seemed that the company&#8217;s momentum was dissipating when comparing yesterday&#8217;s session to the ticker&#8217;s previous jumps, this proved to be false. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=VPLM\">VPLM<\/a> <\/strong>is already 5% up in early trading today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Another company that is up 5% and looking strong in today&#8217;s trading is Terra Tech Corp.
