Triton Distribution Systems Inc. (OTCMKTS:TTDZ<\/a>) suffered another crushing 23.70% fall yesterday, which adds up its loss of market value in the last seven trading sessions to a total of nearly 60%.<\/div>\n

As we have discussed on previous occasions, the present decline is anything but unexpected or baseless. It is only natural for a company that has given investors little more than declarations of intent and next to no current filings to be headed down to the bottom of the charts. <\/p>\n

The fact that the press release that was issued to inform investors of TTDZ<\/a>‘s current affairs failed to halt TTDZ<\/a>‘s descent even momentarily is highly indicative for the company’s current lack of support.<\/p>\n

Such publications usually have some effect on the issuing company, however TTDZ<\/a>‘s PR appears to have been too vague, even by the standards of hyped-up marijuana stock enthusiasts. Or, perhaps, investors have finally started taking the SEC seriously, after the latest round of suspensions.<\/p>\n

Whatever the case is, TTDZ<\/a> is currently in a tight spot. Despite the company’s promise that it will keep investors updated through PR, it can’t afford to overdo it and risk being suspended like Fusion Pharm Inc. (OTCMKTS:FSPM<\/a>). Growlife Inc. (OTCMKTS:PHOT<\/a>) is a perfect example of the repercussions that a suspension usually has on a marijuana company’s share prices.<\/p>\n

That being said, the ticker has the potential to take off, but only if the company decides to finally show its consolidated balance sheets to the world AND<\/strong> said sheets contain encouraging information. If this doesn’t happen soon, TTDZ<\/a> may be in for a long and bumpy ride in the red.<\/p>\n
