The ticker traded on faded volume compared to the previous session, at 70 million shares changing hands. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=ERBB\">ERBB<\/a> appeared in an iTalk, Inc. (OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a>) press release, announcing a distribution deal between the two companies. The distribution agreement concerns <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a>&#8216;s CloudTalk platform, a cloud-based security solution. ZaZZZ vending machines should soon carry CloudTalk to provide an extra security layer for card transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The news didn&#8217;t really get <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=ERBB\">ERBB<\/a> investors excited, judging by the price movement. A quick look into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a> could explain that situation. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a> is a company that was targeted by over 120 paid promotional emails back in 2013, spanning early May to late June. The effect that the promotions had on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a>&#8216;s share price is easily visible on the chart near the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>The last report published by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a> pegs its financials as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$26 thousand in cash<\/li>\n<li>$1.9 million in current liabilities<\/li>\n<li>$345 thousand in sales for Sep 2013 &#8211; Feb 2014<\/li>\n<li>$1.9 million in net loss for Sep 2013 &#8211; Feb 2014<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In light of the pump that launched <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a> into active trading, then slammed it into the ground and the shaky results the company last reported, the lack of enthusiasm among traders may be more easily explainable.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hotstocked.com\/articles-img\/small\/92TALK_chart.png\" border=\"0\" alt=\"92TALK_chart.png\" title=\"92TALK_chart.png\" width=\"350\" height=\"156\" \/>The fact that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=ERBB\">ERBB<\/a> closed red twice in a row after great exposure on national media and a new press release does not cast a particularly favorable light on things.
