Xumanii, Inc. f\/k\/a Medora Corp (OTCMKTS:XUII<\/a>) is an Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) pump job and one that has been going for a while now. Still, the last three sessions suggest it isn’t dead yet. <\/p>\n

\"67XUII_chart.png\"Yesterday XUII<\/a> closed up another 15.29%. The price at the close was $0.245 per share and the volume reached 5.1 million shares.<\/p>\n

That’s still a long way from the highs in May, but it’s still a huge surprise, as most APS pump jobs don’t last more than a month. The previous two were Goff Corp (OTCBB:GOFF<\/a>E) and Swingplane Ventures (OTCBB:SWVI<\/a>).<\/p>\n

About an hour ago, XUII<\/a> issued another press release. This time the company announced signing an agreement with Mac Miller. XUII<\/a> got the rights to broadcast 3 Live Concerts on its website. As with previous deals, XUII<\/a> is paying the artist and there’s no indication that the company will make any money on the deal.<\/p>\n

According to the information on the XUII<\/a> website, there will be a live broadcast of a French Montana performance on July 22, and again it will be free. That deal was announced on Jun. 4.<\/p>\n

These broadcasts and the announcement that XUII<\/a> has retained entertainment Attorney Joel A. Katz, may sound exciting, but it’s still not clear how XUII<\/a> is financing its operations and how it intends to finance them in the future.<\/p>\n

Since XUII<\/a> has already broken the pattern of APS pump jobs, it’s short term future is very unclear. In the long run XUII<\/a> will have to prove its business plan can get them more than just paying artists to broadcast performances. This comeback cannot change the fact that XUII<\/a> has been set up as all the rest of the companies pumped by APS, and it has all the characteristics associated with insider enrichment schemes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
