Last week it crashed then it recovered, but today it could head back down. <\/p>\n<p>On Friday <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> closed up 2.69% at $0.267 per share. The volume reached more than 12.5 million shares. That&#8217;s still more than 30% down from the peak around $0.40.<\/p>\n<p>The reason today <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> shareholders may get hurt again is the 10-Q report filed by the company on Friday. It confirms that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> hasn&#8217;t generated any revenues so far. The report also gives an actual number &#8211; over 11 thousand registered members. The balance sheets don&#8217;t look too impressive either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$5,965 in cash<\/li>\n<li>$18,241 total current assets<\/li>\n<li>$72,145 total assets<\/li>\n<li>$1,267,923 total liabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other than the aforementioned report, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> has been silent since Thursday, when the company said it had completed the development of a promoter application for Facebook. Curiously enough there has been no mention of that app on the Facebook page of Xumanii, except one from a visitor.<\/p>\n<p>APS also sent an email on Sunday touting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> and again claiming it would go above a dollar per share. The pumpers use the 600% increase around the Akon event as an argument for the above. Now that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> has finally provided some number those 600% could mean about 70 thousand sign-ins. Hardly an impressive number for an Internet business.<\/p>\n<p>The previous Internet related pick of APS was TagLikeMe Corp. (OTCMKTS:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TAGG\">TAGG<\/a>) which reached a peak of about $0.40 in late October 2012. Now it&#8217;s trading below a penny per share. The other big pump which ran concurrent with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=XUII\">XUII<\/a> is iTalk, Inc (OTCBB:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=TALK\">TALK<\/a>).
