So time will show if <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=SKTO\">SKTO<\/a> will hang on among the better contenders or will slide into obscurity.<\/p>\n<p>Among the penny stock companies that decided only at the last moment that medical marijuana will be their forte is Neutra, Corp. (OTC:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thehotpennystocks.com\/Stock-Quotes\/?stock=NTRR\">NTRR<\/a>).
