Calissio Resources Group Inc. (OTCMKTS:CRGP) Can’t Be Stopped

Calissio Resources Group Inc. (OTCMKTS:CRGP) finished yesterday’s session another 31.11% up the charts, and at this point it seems like nothing can stop its triumphant ascent – until you take a more careful look at the ticker’s behavior.

Many investors were convinced to commit to CRGP stock after the company’s latest 10-Q report, and as we’ve said in our previous articles, there’s a good reason for that. The company’s financial standing certainly seems to have been solid at the end of the reported period. However, to the diligent researcher, the report revealed more than CRGP‘s commercial success.

Perceptive investors would have also noticed that between June 30 and August 24, the number of CRGP shares outstanding has ballooned so much from the reported 130 million to allow the company to achieve a daily trading volume of 391 MILLION, even after buying back 158 million shares.

This is just one hint that CRGP investor value is in big trouble. Another one can be found in the company’s intraday charts. One look at said charts yields the realization that the ticker, more often than not, rises on a steady stream of buying, and is then pulled down by a spike of activity that drags it back where it began.

The steady stream of buying is almost certainly caused by investors that are still feeling enthusiastic about the company, because they are being spoon-fed optimistic announcements about the buyback initiative every few days.

The spikes of selling that keep bringing the ticker down seem to be well timed to milk the most of said jumps. Of course, since the company’s share structure is less than transparent, there is no way to be sure that each of those falls is due to millions of newly issued shares hitting the market – but at this point in time, that seems like a very real possibility.

Investors should really consider all these facts when considering committing to CRGP‘s stock, rather than focus exclusively on the company’s commercial achievements to date and the optimistic announcements it keeps pumping out.
